Hey, I’m Kelsey, and I coach women to feel strong, confident and powerful inside and outside the gym.

I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years and I’ve supported countless individuals to achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals. Having previously worked in a busy central London gym, I now coach individuals from my brand new studio in WD25.

I’m a mom to Layla and Stella, and I appreciate the difficulties in finding time to live a healthy lifestyle.

My role is to help you prioritise getting fit, healthy and happy.

Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced gym bunny, or want to get back on track after a break from exercise, you’ve come to the right place.
